What information do we collect from you?

We collect information about you when you buy a downloadable collection of puzzles, place an order for an individual issue of one of our magazines, or subscribe to one of our titles.

All relevant information is collected by the PayPal website – the third party authorised to collect information and process payments on behalf of Numberland Ltd. Therefore, your personal data is submitted to PayPal, not to us. The PayPal website is governed by its own privacy statement, and Numberland Ltd is not responsible for PayPal’s operations, including, but not limited to, its information practices. If you have any concerns, please review the privacy statements of PayPal before providing personally identifiable information.

The relevant information is transferred from the PayPal data centre to our server automatically via a secure SSL-protected channel. Please note, Numberland never receive any payment-related information, e.g. your credit card details, PayPal account, etc. This information is collected and managed entirely by PayPal. We collect your name, email and, if needed, your postal address.

Why do we collect this information?

We collect information about you to process your orders and manage your subscriptions.

What do we do with your information?

Information that you submit via the PayPal site is sent to, and stored on, our secure servers located in the UK. This is necessary in order to process the information and fulfil our subscription commitments.

Numberland Ltd is proud to declare that we never use your personal information for marketing or research purposes and we never pass on or sell your details to any third parties.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal details in our database for 12 months after the date of the last service you received from us. For instance, if you were subscribed to 12 issues of one of our magazines and decide not to renew your subscription, your personal data will be wiped from our database 12 months after the last issue has been posted to you.
